Once again, please get someone that speaks English and also the girl at the drive-through window with the long disgusting nails was rude I paid $25 for a meal and they couldn’t get it right please get someone that speaks English"

"Food is always great. But the to go service could be better. This last visit I stood at the counter and no one asked to help me. Mine was the only to go sitting in front of me. I had to get someone's attention to get my food. This is my normal experience. But again, the food is great so I keep coming back."

"Of the past 4 visits, 3 times they have not given me everything in my order. This last time was through the drive thru and when I entered the store, there were two other customers who else had their orders wrong. This has been going on for months. I tried doing the survey from the receipt the next day but it said survey was over even though supposedly I have 3 days to complete it."

"The location overcharges compared to other locations in the same area and even from their own app, don't tell you about charges made when they can't do something in their POS like in the app. They almost always get my order wrong or something else. I give this location a chance every so often and always regret it. The one on Main is much better."

"The food is good. I just did not like waiting to order for 10+ min. And not because thay are busy. But because the cashier is busy flirting with all the female employees preventing them from focusing on their work and ignoring the customers. Which is probably why the inside was completely empty"
