We called and spoke with them (Dave and Will) about it and never once sensed that anyone was irritated over us getting there that late. They told me they would have all the paperwork ready for us along with the bike. When we arrived everyone treated us very courteously and were very helpful! A huge thanks to Dave and Will for being understanding and your kindness. We can't wait to see our sons face... thanks for the great experience!"

"So far I have ordered countless parts for my BMW 535 f10 and never once had a bad experience. even when i ordered post LCI instead of pre-LCI carbon fiber mirror covers by accident. returning and receiving the correct part was extremely easy. what i was really shocked was how helpful and fast customer support was at educating me on the correct product. Definitely Recommend their Carbon fiber products, high quality at great prices and packed securely."

"Octane Motorsports totally screwed me. I ordered a hood for my Camaro, I spoke to someone over the phone and all seemed well. a couple of weeks have passed and I see that I have been charged almost $200 to my card by Octane Motorsports. I call the company and get no answer. I spent 2 days and several times calling them and finally got trough. The gentleman I spoke to claims that they have tried calling me several times and got no response. But this is bullshit. I haven't received a single call I have gone as far as getting my call history from my phone provider and have evidence I haven't been contacted by them. Now I'm without a hood and without my money. All I want is them to send me my hood and I'll be happy, but they're ripping me off. They won't admit their own mistake and make things right. Don't do business with these people. You can pay a little more and order better parts that are guaranteed to make it to your front door."
