"Great customer service and great selection. I'm 6'5 300lbs. it's usually pretty difficult to find shirts in the right size/length. This store has plenty of sizes for anybody over 6ft and potentially more. The associates are very helpful/polite and make the process simple. Highly recommend if you're a large person that usually has a hard time finding clothes that fit correctly."

"I have for years in various parts of the country searched for a Big and Tall store like this one. Good selection and very well displayed. Very easy to find what I was looking for in my size. But the thing that really separates this place is the customer service. I was immediately tested like I was a long time customer and friend and I had never been in before. My wife and I just moved to the area. The proprietor, Bruce and his wife, Ellen were very hospitable. Bruce took one look at me and knew what my size was and guided me without any high pressure sales. He gave my wife and I space to look but was very attentive with suggestions and answers. If you Big or Tall or heaven forbid both, you probably know how difficult it is to find a store just for you. For me, it is now Singer's Big and Tall."
