I ordered two Titan turkey sandwiches, but the male employee with yellow hair handed me a bag containing only two slices of ham. This mistake left me quite frustrated as it didn't align with my expectations. The incorrect order affected my overall satisfaction, and I hope the staff pays closer attention to customer requests. While I appreciate the effort, I recommend improving order accuracy for a better customer experience."

"What a huge disappointment, I ordered online specifically so I did not have to wait. When I arrived, they said they had no knowledge of my order, after they found my order, they started making it, so I had to sit there and wait. Then last minute they tell me they do not have the veggies required to fulfill my order. Never coming back."

"Worst Subway location ever. Reese has a terrible attitude and the service is horrible. I went in for lunch and had an order for 6 footlong sandwiches. The employee (Reese) simply denied service and refused to make the sandwiches because it was considered a bulk order (or something like that) and I had to request catering service. Can you believe that? She just simply refused. I spent 10 mins trying to figure out why, she just couldn't explain and simply refused to make the sandwiches. This was very bizarre, and the store was not even busy. Seems like Reese was just too lazy to make more than one sandwich. Ridiculous. She needs to be terminated for insubordination."
