"The Snooty Fox looks like it hasn’t changed since the 1960’s and that is in no way a bad thing! It harkens back to a simpler time when the experience was more about the service and food than the instagramable decor. The Eggs Benedict were quickly delivered by Julie, a very sweet and friendly woman, and was devoured just as fast. The plate included their signature “Them Potatoes;” hash browns with a mix of green peppers, red peppers, and onions, that were game changing. Garnished with an orange slice and parsley like it probably has been for the past 30 years, it was the perfect finishing touch to this dining experience. If you find yourself in Lake Forest and you’re looking for a fast, friendly, and insanely filling dining experience, come and enjoy the Snooty Fox."

"Very much a country diner feel and the food to match. I loved my “snooty fox breakfast”. Took me back to my southern roots. Was very busy early so I’d say it’s a popular spot. The service was fantastic as well. We will definitely be back."

"Such a great find! We were in town visiting family today and they took us here. Large portions, delicious food and wonderful customer service. It was a pretty busy place but they still got everything out to us quickly and it was still piping hot. We got the quevos divorciados, pancakes ans sausage etc. It was all so fresh and delicious! Lunch menu looks great too. Thanks for a yummy breakfast!"

"Had a nice breakfast this morning at Snooty Fox Cafe, and it was very good. I ordered the Spanish omelet and added sausage accompanied by sliced tomatoes and cottage cheese. The service is always good and the food was tasty and enjoyable. Great little spot. Recommended."
