"DONT EAT THE TUNA the manager use his own hands to mix the raw, tuna and mayo in a bowl. I almost puked, watching him do it. You should be wearing gloves or use a spoon. !!! I worked here for a couple days. I was shocked at how I was treated. The employees were rude, except maybe one. The manager even yelled at me he said afterwards I’m sorry, but I do this quite often don’t take it personally. How can you not? Especially when you’re new and you’re going crazy over and bell peppers and olives, and everything else you can only put so much on the sandwich ??? One of the girl employees there was telling me you can only put three little bell peppers on a sandwich and like three olives I was I was like are you kidding that is ripping people out of their money that they are spending on their sandwich if you ask for more vegetables, they will give you like a tiny pinch. One of the employees she just kept getting so angry, telling me even though that customers were asking for more vegetables no no no you can only put this much we do not want to waste. I just thought it was rude. The customers are asking for more and she was like absolutely not. You can only put this much. She even grabbed the vegetables out of the container and showed me how much I am talking it was like such a little pinch. I feel really bad for how much you are paying for your sandwich.. I just kept getting yelled at it was stupid … also they wanted me to take the bread out of the oven that they cook the bread in and heat the meat and cheese. They were using their hands to do it. I don’t know how they don’t burn the hell out of themselves when they are doing it, but I almost burnt myself a couple times they just want you to grab it. They don’t want you to use the thing to get it out. They seem very impatient and want you to rush with everything ..Don’t put too much then he told me I need to put my hair up because he found hair in a sandwich. Maybe you should worry more about your hands that went into the tuna that you were mixing with the mayo that it’s just disgusting you claimed you washed your hands but still you should not be touching food without gloves, especially fresh, tuna, that you are mixing with mayo with your hands , also when I was cleaning I looked down at the floor there was cockroaches crawling on the floor you might wanna look into that I decided this place was not for me or a great work environment ,…"

"Incredibly rude staff. We had a coupon and they wouldn’t honor it. Ended up paying almost double. Avoid at all cost 0 stars. If owner responds I’ll breakdown what happened"

"My sister called to ask about the youngest they hire. She sounds young, but it definitely wasn't a prank call. This woman said, "I have your number. Call again, I call the police." I called and asked why she hung up on me and asked the question again. She said, "I don't know if its your phone or mine, but there's bad connection." lol"

"Excellent service and the staffs are very friendly and helpful. I sometimes do online ordering and when I go to pick up my order its always ready and they ask for the name before they give my order. I love this place and the staffs. Keep up the good work.!!"

"If I could give this location no stars I would. So I ordered through Mobil order while on my lunch today at work So I go And to pick up my sandwich in my little combo meal and when I got there I noticed that no one was in the store absolutely no one the employees are all standing there talking and so when I walk up to the register and let them know I am here to pick up my mobile order 1) they didn’t even ask my name so anyone could’ve walked in and said I’m here for a Mobil order and would’ve ended up taking my food 2)I ordered two of the same flavor cookie and The lady at the register almost forgot to put them in the bag and then I noticed there was only one flavor of the cookies that I had ordered and without even asking me if it was OK she just tried to slip in a cookie of a completely different flavor into my bag and once I noticed this I told her since I see there’s only one left of the flavor that I order it’s fine that you’re putting in a completely different flavor in the bag I was not rude when I had said that the text brings it across differently but I shouldn’t of had to say that she should’ve mentioned it right off the bat she also almost forgot to give me A cup for my drink and then so I get my stuff and I drive back to work to clock back in from my lunch and I noticed my bag a chips was not in the bag with my sandwich and my almost forgotten cookies so I called to let them know that they didn’t put the chips in the bag and she says you know you were supposed to grab them when you had come in, basically trying to blame it on me that I forgot my chips but being that I’ve managed at a restaurant before when it’s that slow there is absolutely no reason why they couldn’t have just walked grabbed the bag of chips and gotten my order completely. So while on the phone with this employee I asked for a full refund of my order for the inconveniences I’ve experienced she then told me that she was about to clock out and that she couldn’t help me! I couldn’t believe what I had just heard, so once I pointed out that you where handed the phone to help me and now you’re not she said she would help me and give me a full refund. She then HUNG UP THE PHONE so I called back and asked why she hung up and she said “I told you I was going to give you a refund.” And I asked her to keep me on the line while she refunded my order she said okay and then set down the phone and proceeded to talk to her coworkers while I was waiting for her to refund me. She then picked up the phone and asked for my name and number so the manager could call me back tomorrow and refund me $1.29 for the chips AFTER SHE TOLD ME SHE’D GIVE ME A FULL REFUND. I’m very upset and unsatisfied with my experience."
