"My experience with this location was so bad today that I deleted my online account. El Pollo Loco has been very inconsistent the past few years. It's definitely not an In-N-Out or Chick-Fil-A. You never know what you are going to get. Sometimes the chicken is awesome. Other times it's dry and overcooked. Sometimes the service is great. Other times, simply terrible. Today the service was so bad I left without my food even though I paid for it and went to Del Taco. Never ever will eat at another El Pollo Loco. It's too bad because when it's good, it's really good. 15-year customer signing off."
