"I got this for pick up and we went through the drive-through the other day I was in the drive-through was really slow because it is made to order which I do appreciate but also was a bit bit of a bummer because it took about 30 minutes. Especially during the busy hour because it goes on a PCH, which is kind of a pain. But the food is very good. I just wish they wouldn’t add soy sauce to their chicken because it makes it not gluten-free and for those that are gluten-free it’s bummer you can’t have the chicken here because it’s so good."

"The girl at the window should stay off her phone, maybe she would get an order right, I repeated it 3 times to make sure she heard me. When I pulled up she was playing on her phone. There should be a no cell phone at work policy, and if there is one, maybe actually enforce it. Plus she's playing on her phone that she probably takes in the bathroom with her, then touching my food without washing her hands. Nasty. There's never a manager there and they never answer they're phone. Poorly run del taco. I used to eat 3 or 4 times a week there. Now maybe once every few months, and after tonight, never again. I'm sick of them screwing up my orders. Do your job. It's really not that hard."

"This is basically a local version of Taco Bell as run by Jack in the Box. I do work on their kitchen equipment and have seen lots of things there as well as the overall smell of the cooking food is gut-wrenching. I have never and WILL NEVER eat this "food." The place is always clean and the people are friendly. Most of the food is prepared by Mexicans who speak little to no English. It's STILL not "authentic." Most Mexicans eat at Jack in the Box, so they like it fine."

"I’ve been coming to this Del Taco for over 20-years and it’s always been better than others I’ve been to, but since the remodel the food / tacos are being prepared better and the staff are friendlier. Definitely have stepped it up a notch."
