"The food was good and the restaurant was clean but the staff was arrogant, unwelcoming, and slow. Not mentally slow but physically. The woman taking my order was impatient when I spoke and then lagged when she worked. She had a bad attitude that you could tell just by looking at her. She rolled her eyes each time I'd answer a question. She interrupted me multiple times and then seemed irritated when I asked for soy sauce and hot mustard. By the time I left, I was out $36 bucks and had no appetite. Unfortunately, I had taken my food to go. But it was still good the next day."

"Ordered for delivery and order wasn't correct, food Luke warm and to top things off when we tried to call this location about 8 times. No one answered. I'm calling corporate to complain. Very bad for business. Will never EVER recommend this place again!!!."

"I stopped here here for dinner I ordered 2 items I had the app with points the guy at the cashier he won't try to help he had bad attitude then he ask the manager he said I have buy 1more item but in the rewards app it says you can reduce points but he couldn't do it and then I had to wait 10 minutes for teriyaki they did not have ready and I had to pay full amount this store needs new management and good nice service with a smile not bad attitude and paid over $10.00 they should hire nice people to serve at the cashier and good customer service I will stop going to this store."

"If you're looking for a place to get your beef fix and an extra dose of that "special" beef smell, look no further than Panda Express in Irvine! According to the reviews, this place is bad, but hey, at least the customer service is great. And let's not forget about the freshly-made orange chicken with the orange chicken sauce - it's so good, you'll forget all about that suspicious beef smell. Plus, the speed of service is so efficient, you'll be in and out faster than you can say "where's the beef?" So if you're in the mood for some questionable meat and a side of laughs, head on over to Panda Express in Irvine. Your taste buds (and your nose) might regret it, but your sense of humor will thank you."

"I haven't had issues at this location before, but upon picking up some food, we were dismissed about trying to order egg rolls and by the time they listened to us they were out. All 3 separate orders with honey walnut shrimp were disgusting. They were 2 separate batches and were all dark as well as soggy. I'll probably avoid this location from now on, which sucks because it's so close."
