"Why is the staff so unhappy? No smile. No hello. No enthusiasm. As a former Mendocino Farms manager who helped grow the first five locations, I cannot believe the type of people they have working here in such a nice and delicious establishment, come on managers please step your team up."

"I like Cava but inflation has really taken a toll here. The serving size used to be more and now they are almost half the amount. Not at all what is advertised. I ordered half salad half rice and there literally only 5 pieces of lettuce in there. For $20, this salad was not worth it."

"Dani helped me today was very pleasant and efficient in helping me with my order. My veggie bowl was fresh and tasty. I love the red pepper humus! The restaurant was clean and inviting and there wasn't any line when I came in. Great experience, I will be back."

The food was beyond delicious – fresh, flavorful, and made to perfection. I was blown away by the variety of options and the quality of ingredients. "Customer service was disappointing on 10/29/2023. Usually have no issues ordering here but only one worker was making orders while there was 2-3 workers just idling near the cash register. It got so busy to the point where the worker making our bowls even stated, “can one of you guys come over and help make some orders instead of standing around?” To his co-workers idling. Moreover the worker making my order seemed disgruntled when picking my toppings. Lastly, to make things worse, once I got home to eat my meal I was chewing on a bite which never seemed to end and thought it just a vegetable skin from the sides that needed extra bites to break down, yet to my surprise it was a piece of plastic in my bowl! Overall cava usually never has this problem and taste wise the food was good, but the service received from my bowl maker, attitude, and the piece of plastic in my food has caused me to sadly make the effort to make this poor review and ruined my meal entirely. Hopefully this is a one time occurrence and maybe I hit the unlucky lottery with this experience, but I really do hope no one else experiences plastic in their food or digests it."
