"Luna was great. She stepped in when I had to repeat my order several times. The AI couldn't understand what I was ordering because the street had heavy traffic flow passing by. I was considering cancelling my order leaving when Luna came to my rescue correcting the order the AI could not get. Technology is not a replacement for people. Carl's has provided human customer service employing employees many employees over the years. Carl's should continue to value their employees."
