"This is not a legitimate business both guys Matt and the other guy working there are liars once they take your money that’s it. Never trust them, you’ll never get your refund or your money back. Charge disputed and working on reporting them to The DMV occupational licensing and other agencies for fraud activity."

"Don't deal with these guys. I purchased transmission and turned to be bad transmission. I called the guy answered gave PS and he start giving me all kind of lies. Talked to another guy I belive his name is Mat and he was nice guy and sent out another transmission with higher mileage and he agreed to refund portion of the original price due to the higher mileage. Installed the other transmission and it was good. Now called to get my refund same first guy start giving lies and refused to refund what we agrref on! But that's ok. I'll take care of it."

"Luxury auto dismantling best place to get the parts I need hands down. I came in for my 2018 s63 sedan and I had a little accident with my driver rear door not only did they have the same color but they had it in pristine condition with the panel and glass everything was in order made it super easy for me to install the front desk are the funniest and best people I’ve talked to and were all a great help with this whole experience"

"Completely lied to me about a fender. I bought a fender with a small dent in the front which we both agreed is okay for a small discount. The sales rep told me other than the dent the fender fits perfectly. When I went home to install it the fitment was so bad. Looks like the whole fender is deformed and distorted. I let the manager know, he told me too bad there’s no refunds, you shouldn’t have trusted our word. Extremely shady business, do not go here, I’m surprised they’re still in business. I will be reporting them to BBB and anywhere else I can for their shady business tactics."
