"Went on July 4th for the all you can eat tacos. Was decent. Service was lacking a bit. The server had to give you a ticket to take to the taco station and we noticed other patrons getting their ticket asap and seemed like we were always waiting and had to flag down our server. Update: Visit October 2023 Dined in the cantina, and unfortunately had Karly V as the server. Rude and never smiled, and she also didn't load the CHIP points onto my account...I had to take extra time to email Corporate so they could do it. Karly never asked us if we wanted refills on our sodas, never gave us more chips and salsa either. The cantina wasn't busy at all, so no reason for any of this. She also gave us grief (rolling her eyes) when we ordered the Ram's Rampage Nachos. If El Torito is partnering with the Ram's for this promo, the server shouldn't act annoyed when it is ordered. Though I like coming to this location I will NEVER have Karly V as our server. This girl needs a class in customer service!!"
