"Worst customer service by the lady who obviously hates her life. They took forever to prepare a meal. She'd say we can pick up our order in 40 minutes. We'd show up in 50 minutes knowing they always run late, and still had to wait extra 15 minutes. Maybe they don't start preparing your order until you show up. Worst of all if we asked why it's taking so long, she'd tell us to go to McDonald's if we want fast food."
