"The staff is very friendly and the robot server is fun.I like spicy food, so I go to restaurants... The overall taste of the food is average, and some of the food is so salty that I can barely eat it."
"I went to this restaurant with my friend last time— the food tasted so delicious back then, yet unfortunately, not anymore. Their customer service is also absolutely vile. I probably won’t EVER go back to this restaurant. Perhaps another consumer might understand, or have faced this before here. Awhile ago when we came to eat, we found a piece of rice noodle inside the food that we have ordered multiple times, the beef; and as customers, we were quite curious about what happened. There originally were never rice noodles in this order. So, we asked the boss and the waitress— which resulted in them saying, “there’s a rice noodle, so what?” “It doesn’t really matter.” And the fact that the waitress said that it was normal, which was ABSOLUTELY NOT. Honestly, their service there is terrible— and from that time on, you could see the waitresses standing back when they had nothing to do just looking at the customers that they dislike talking behind their backs while glaring at them. They give off a strong feeling of dislike and despise of us, as if we were causing extra trouble. We are the consumer— we were just curious. Yet we still gave them tip. Something else that was awful was about the fish and the beef that we ordered yesterday; about the fish and beef we ordered yesterday, the beef is actually one of my favorites, so when I tried tasting it, it tasted a bit sour, like as if they added too much vinegar. It tasted weird— odd, in fact. The fish also contained a lot of bones, so BEWARE of getting chocked by fish bones and spitting out lots of fish along with teeny tiny bones. Each bite of fish contain so, so much bones. They were small yet sharp, and did hurt my gum when I chewed. Each bite contained at least 2-4 bones if you were lucky. If you were unlucky, then there would be up to 6 bones in one piece. I’m not even exaggerating. There are pieces that are boneless, which was extremely rare. Literally legendary. My friend who went with me also said that the beef has an odd taste to it, which I told him about last time, where we had found a rice noodle— and after that event, how the waitresses acted horrible to us. You could even see them talking behind us, while staring at us. To avoid conflict, we didn’t say anything about the problems with the food. We also gave them more than 13 dollars of tip- with our order going up to 94 dollars before tax, and 114 after tax. Well, I was too scared to ask/say anything that was bad about the food, although it was true. Even when my friend wanted to complain, I was afraid that they would give me even more looks— and despise me even more than they already do. HOWEVER, as consumers/customers, I know we have the right to talk about the truth. It’s extremely unfair that we had to experience this treatment, and I hope no one else experiences such from their restaurant. As I said, I’m never going to their horrible restaurant again."
"Used to love this place a lot but not so much anymore. We always order the egg yolk pumpkin and cumin lamb whenever we come, but both of these dishes tasted different this time, just not as tasty. The English name of the restaurant and the menu also changed, so wondering if ownership of the restaurant or kitchen staff are different now. Unfortunately won't be coming back anymore."
"1st time eating at this place. It was good, plenty of chili peppers. We ordered the twice cooked pork with wild peppers, Kung Pao chicken, fried chicken & shrimp fried rice."
