Jack in the Box

"I ordered the 2 for 1 and some change tacos. I ordered them with just meat and nothing more. When I receive them, they have cheese and the meat mixed up. I am not sure how you mess up a taco with just meat. Unacceptable"

"I ordered Jumbo Jack Cheeseburger combo expecting the thing on the menu image and description which says "100% beef seasoned as it grills, melty American cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles, onions, ketchup & mayo on a buttery bakery bun, plus fries & a drink." But all I got was this. I did not request to remove any of the vegetables. I was very disappointed but I couldn't even argue because they didn't give me the receipt either."

"Horrible horrible horrible service in drive thru . The girl taking our order cut me off from completing my order. She right away totaled me and I was not done. After I had tell her I want done I proceeded and when I picked up my order it was missing half My order. Had to get off to get someone to assist me at the door and they wanted me to walk around as if they expected me to walk into drive thru rediculous ."

"I just went to drive through and it's not the first time I come to this Jack in the Box at Fullerton, I come and wait for my son to get out of school and it seems to me like the employees don't want to work, they always have this demeanor to talk to people with an attitude. I just came from there a couple of minutes ago and the girl who was giving me the order closed the window right when I was saying thank you. There is also a guy, who's sometimes at the drive-through, I think he's the manager he also has an attitude when I order. They don't even look at you when they handle the order. I understand is not the job you want, but you are getting paid to give good customer service and you are the face of the restaurant and represent your employer. Need to do better, if you don't like what you do. Don't be there"
