"A little bit dirty in the lobby. Great deal on tacos 2 for $1 about and I got large mint Oreos shake whip cream and cherry on top delicious. Very close to foothill Transit lines 195/291 love that I don't have a car. It's not far from other business and supermarkets."

"There was a crazy dude outside the drive thru. Jack n the box took 45 minutes to get our car food ready. They also did a shift change in the middle of our order. Was not worth the wait since we already paid. Too many angry customers honking, but nothing we could have done. Not sure what Jack in the box could have done but the food should have taken max 5 minutes to get ready."

"I've said it before on different Jack in the Box reviews but I love Jack in the Box food! If I had a JITB anywhere near me I would probably weigh a lot more than I do. (I'm only 175 pounds) When I eat out JITB is my first choice for burgers and chicken sandwiches. I'll admit that I really do love in and out but I don't like waiting in line."

"Lady for the drive thru was being super rude the whole time we were ordering. When I got to the window she was ignoring me, closing the window, and then said I had to pay extra for extra sauces. So I told her I would pay. She charged me extra and I asked for a receipt and refused to give me one. I waited for 10 minutes at the window while she walked around and ignored me until finally she said she couldn’t give me the receipt because the system reset. Terrible service not sure what they even charged me for."

"Need more employees... 1 person doing all the work... Order Jr Hamburger with extra pickles.... Got No pickles.. Also The Loaded Fries looked like the picture I attached was not what was displayed... In door service is closed. When hours stared Open... Tip to the owner... Hire More People..."
