"Okay, this is the must try restaurant!!! We visited twice during our 5 days trip to Socal and ordered bunch of different dishes to try. Here is our must try : SEABASS HOTPOT. So good!!! I don’t recommend Chili Crab, if you’re craving for crab, do tamarin or butter sauce!! Most dishes we ordered are well seasoned and flavourful but if you’re picky and only want fresh seafood stick with squid, prawn, not snails. But again must try Seabass Hotpot!! Soup is outstanding and the fish was soo good!"
"Drove up to Orange County from San Diego and I think it was well worth trying a Place from the homeland. Food was well prepared and flavored. I recommend getting the coconut escargot and the razor clam with pork belly. Scallops are a bit small for the size but still something good to try. It’s honestly affordable, and we got a lot of food out of it."
"This is a great place for anyone wanting to try tasty Vietnamese style escargot without breaking your bank! Got lucky and came right before the dinner rush, so there was no wait. There was a line of people waiting outside the door by the time we finished our dinner. I tried the escargot with butter and peppercorn, and it was delicious! The escargot easily came out and the meat was soft and buttery and hint of spiciness. I also tried their grilled clams with butter. The meat is a bit chewier but still really good. As a fan of escargot and mollusks, it’s a great restaurant for me!"
"I came here on a weekday afternoon around lunch time and it's nice that it was not overly busy. I would highly recommend the king scallops here. The sea bass hotpot while pricey you do get a lot of sea bass, but it does take a bit of time to cook in the semi-sweet, sour and slightly tangy broth. Don't sleep on those cocktails $8 for a tasty martini from 10am to 6pm is a great time to get buzzed. The coconut snail dish is very tasty especially with rice or bread, but the snails might have a bit of sand inside so be careful. The crab fried rice with shrimp was a great carb to eat the seafood feast with. I would come back again for other seafood dishes."
"Everything that we ate was solid and enjoyable. However it took a long time for us to get our food and the restaurant gets extremely loud especially in the evening. The waitresses are good, but don’t let them nudge you into getting the coconut kumquat! It was $27 for the pitcher and wasn’t even enough to give everyone in my party (4 people) a cup of it."
