"Service is definitely not good...the Spanish speaking ladies talk about everyone that walks in....they think that we don't understand what they are saying but they are mistaken. Their manager should do a better job of having her employees be more respectful to the customers....i do not recommend this taco bell at all"

"Fast and speedy drive thru. Placed order online and picked up order lickety split thru the drive thru. The order was accurate and service good. Prices were lower than other Taco Bell’s for combo items."

"This Taco Bell is at least 50 cents more expensive than other Taco Bells but that extra 50 cents should amount to faster service and correct orders. I always have the same experience at this Taco Bell. I wait 15 minutes for 1 item and the sauce is never in the bag. In the meantime, today I watched them throw 3 perfectly good chalupas in the trash because it wasn’t what the customer ordered. Ffs, I would’ve rather taken the chalupa instead of waiting 15 minutes."

"It's Taco Bell. We all know what their food is. It's a yummy Mexican American fast food. This particular restaurant was clean inside. The employees on the day I went were having fun on the job, which is great especially since they had a busy drive-through. The one customer service thing missing was acknowledging me while I had to wait inside for 10 min before I could order. Yes, I understood why, but a quick glance and I'll be with you in a moment would have been nice. That's on the management to teach thier employees great customer service not mediocre."

Right from my entry, I was met with a warm greeting and a smooth ordering process via their kiosk. I appreciated the staff member providing me with the restroom code swiftly, making my short visit even more seamless. The restroom cleanliness was a pleasant surprise, displaying a high standard of maintenance that is always appreciated, yet often overlooked. Emerging from the restroom, my food was already prepared and ready to go, reflecting the efficiency of their service. I was particularly impressed with the attention to detail from the server who double-checked my order, a simple chicken crunch wrap. His attentiveness extended to asking about my sauce preference twice, ensuring that my meal was exactly how I wanted it. As for the food, my first encounter with the chicken crunch wrap was a delight. It was good and would get again for sure. While the food quality was on par with other locations, it was the exemplary service that set this Taco Bell apart. I would certainly return for another visit when I'm in the area. The dedication to customer satisfaction and attention to detail at this Taco Bell location was truly commendable."
