"I fell in love with Jollibee a few years ago. It is basically the only fried chicken I eat from the fast food chain restaurants. Always get the spicy chicken with rice and their gravy is the cherry on top. I miss when they used to have the buy one bucket and get the other one free deal. Churches Chicken who? Ha ha ha ha. "It's a fast food chain, but quality is as good as a fast food fried chicken can get. It's just as good as my other favorite fried chicken chain: Church's chicken! Juicy chicken thighs that was likely marinated and soaked in salt water overnight before it was fried to perfection. Crunchy on the outside and tender + juicy on the inside. Also highly recommend their Mango + Pineapple Quencher which was not excessively sweet at all! Very refreshing."

"I had an extremely disappointing experience! This is the most disgusting burger ever. What on earth is this disgusting water leaking from my burger. And no! It’s not from a juicy burger! Not only was the food horrible but service was the worse. The wait time was about 45 minutes, they had us parked in front of the restaurant with half of our food sitting getting cold in the car. This was our first visit to the restaurant, and unfortunately, it will be our last. We hope the restaurant takes these issues seriously and improves their food quality and service for future customers."

"Clean atmosphere and it was pretty busy inside... 92° degrees outside so I don't blame people to be in for the free AC. I ordered a 6 pcs bucket but a sign was posted saying NO SPICY chicken, bummer. I ordered and it took less than a minute to get my order so that means the chicken is already cooked and sitting waiting for the next customer. Got home and well the outside of the chicken looked delicious but the inside was a different story UNDERCOOKED. Yeah that part.. careful guys you may get someone very ill from undercooked food.. Btw.. I threw it out in the garbage. Do better please!"
