"The cashier mel was very sweet and the food was good. I was in the drive-thru when my car suddenly started to smoke and catch on fire, Mel did a backflip out the window with a fire extinguisher in her hand and put it out of fire before anything could go wrong. She then gave me my double chicken bowl, it was very yummy. Thank you to Mel and her great cooking abilities."
"Went today 9/11 around 7:00pm through the drive thru and lady was super rude. Didn't even give me a chance to asked for me salsa and Chile serranos. Maybe if it was busy I understand but I was the only one. Rice was also super hard. Thanks pollo loco"
"I should know better than to expect good quality from this chain. They consistently offer substandard food, smaller portions, higher costs and bland tasting food. I bought the double meat chicken bowl and I’m still trying to figure out how much chicken one gets with the regular portion. Also I thought there were no beans in the bowl because they were divided in the bowl. The salad dressing was watered down and with extra Pico de gallo, save the calories and have a better tasting salad. Orrrrr… go to a smaller non-chain and get better quality and bang for your Buck."
