Gourmet Burger

"I ordered the sourdough burger and asked for a double patty, they cut the bread in half and then put a patty on each half... Yes, there are 2 patty's but not stacked, lol. Basically it was getting two single burgers. So what if I got a single patty..? And the burgers were horrible. It's really hard to mess up a burger but they did it. Also the owner was raising his voice at the cook in front of customers saying, " You doing do anything around here" and it went on for a min. Customers were watching it go down. Very unprofessional. Do not go here as it's the last thing from a gourmet burger."

"Amazing family atmosphere, very cozy and relaxing. Great value and delicious food, party of 4 ended up being around 37 dollars which you can’t find anywhere We ordered the Lebanese coleslaw along with the Louisiana chicken and the spicy burger , the three were delicious and cooked perfect Their onion rings are 10/10 and their fries are to die for Highly recommended, love it"

"I’m upset at myself for wasting time at this place. Service was very bad. No respect for customers. He was treating this girl who came in like a princess but nothing for the guys. The burger was very dry. Chicken piece was small. Taste was meh. Buns were stale and overcooked. This is not gourmet at all. I would never go back here again."

"I gave them multiple chances but since the previous owners sold this place it has gone way downhill. The burgers are nearly flavorless. The fries are great. The staff seemed very confused and was unable to make change without handing me $4 in quarters. I tried to pay with my card instead and they were baffled on how to change it. They got my order wrong on top of all of that. We take pride in ordering from small businesses but this place won't be getting any more of our money after 4 years of our patronage. 2 stars instead of 1 because the fries were good. I couldn't finish the burger."

"The last time I visited this place was when they were newly opened. The food was awesome and the owners were personally taking care of customers. From that awesome experience, I ensured a trip to the shop is part of the itinerary today. Unfortunately the experience was very different this time. We were served old buns that were breaking just upon touching them and eating burgers was a battle. The fries were literally crumbs and seemed to be coming from the very bottom of the potato bags that they were not willing to just throw away. Upon complaining they agreed to remake and it was obvious they made a conscious decision to servie us those crumbs. I have attached photos of the old and new for reference. On the topic of old buns used for burgers, they literally pulled a new unopened bag out of stock and said those were used. I hope this was an isolated incident and not a theme but I am not sure if I will drive this far again to this place."
