"Delicious food but bad service, cashier messed up my to-go order because she was more interested in being on her phone than confirm the change I requested with the cook behind the counter. I just now realized it once I got home to eat my food. I asked for 2 BBQ chicken & beef plates. One with all rice, no macaroni. The other with more macaroni than rice. I received one with all macaroni and the second with mostly macaroni and a tiny bit of rice. It’s a pretty simple request and when the cook is two steps away it would have been easy to relay directly to them if the cashier felt it was confusing."

"This location is so great! The price you pay for the amount of food you get is unbeatable. The mac salad is always fresh. SO DELICIOUS! Great if you like mac salads with a good amount of mayo. Both of the chickens are juicy and tender. The katsu chicken is fried perfectly with a nice crisp. The BBQ chicken has a delicious smoky flavor and sweet teriyaki sauce. The employees here are always so nice and polite every time I come in. The restaurant itself is clean and the sauce stations are organized. You can call or go online for takeout orders so both are convenient."

"I've know this place for over 8 yrs, and the proportion price-serving never stop to amaze me. HOWEVER why in the world would you give such a small portion of Sriracha for such a big plate? I really hope the owner/ manager can consider if not let us serve ourselves the Sriracha, at least let us have more portions, specially to us the ones that like our food spicy. The food is always great and I understand the poor cashier is just following orders, but come on now, the cup isn't even full. Other than that food is good, a little pricey but compensates with how much they serve per plate."
