"Not very welcoming, and food is meh even by fast food burger standards. Been here a few times now and have been consistently disappointed. Won't be trying it again."
"The new presto drive thru assistant is horrible. It took 10 minutes to take my order for 2 things. DO NOT RECOMMEND"
"Stayed at the motel crossing the street and wanted to take a walk and have something for dinner. According to Google this closed at 2 am. It was all closed and the employee said it was only open for Drive thru from 8pm to 2am according to the "sign". There's no sign stating that and I had to get back to the hotel just to drive and get a meal because it was closed elsewhere. Please put a sign for customers and an alert on Google."
"I give zero stars, never done that before anywhere, but it was earned. My fiancé (female) walked over around 12:15am. It’s late, and dark, she’s female (more vulnerable), my car is almost on E, no one is in the line and no one has been for quite a while. They have zero business. They’ve shut down the inside, so the only option is the drive through. Her and I decide she’s gonna walk over and order at the window. Her presence is ignored until it becomes awkward enough that he walks over and sharades a steering wheel, indicating that she needs a car to order. She texts me and heads back (we are staying at the Motel 6). I call 3 times before he answers, and when he does, I ask for the manager. He claims that is him. I proceeded to explain that my car is on E and also takes over 10 minutes to warm up, and because the restaurant is directly across the street, and no one is in the drive thru, my fiancé decided to walk over instead. He angrily tells me that we must have a vehicle to order food right now. I peacefully tell him that money is money and no one has been there to order for a good while. I tell him she will be right back in my car and I’m in the middle of his review, so I strongly suggest he not treat this order poorly due to the situation. She goes back in the car. From the moment she he begins speaking through the speaker at the menu, I can hear his rudeness, because, yes, OF COURSE, I am on the phone listening. Twice he asks for which size she would like of two separate items. The first one is a shake. She pauses for a brief moment and he says to her,”we are getting ready to close”, indicating that she should hurry. (This is more than an hour before closing. They close at 2am and it was 12:52am. That’s a pretty big gap to me). Also, he had asked her what size and hurried her through the decision only to inform her that they only come in one size anyway!!!!!!! I told her to finish the order quickly, ask for lots of napkins, and get away from there. We are now here with our food. Of course we are wondering if it’s been spit in, or anything else. You wonder those things when you are treated this way at just about any restaurant. Everything we ordered is here, except the extra pickle packs apparently only contain three each. Okay. Thank you for letting me know which Carl’s Jr. to mark off our list of restaurants to order from. If you are the manager, you should be fired, because you clearly understand nothing about customer satisfaction. We weren’t even rude to you. I believe you need to leave your personal issues at home and probably find a job you like much better. To the person over this employee, who could blame you. You trusted him to do his job correctly. I strongly suggest he is reprimanded and then retrained on customer service, if not fired. We couldn’t even really enjoy our food because of what we went through to get it. Love Carl’s Junior, but prefer the one down the street more. I absolutely hate writing ugly reviews. That is all."
"Came 15 minutes before the inside was supposed to be closed and they had the store locked up and refused my service. All because the employees wanted to go home early."
