"Servers just can NOT seem to get my order right. Not only am I getting ripped off of my money from getting the wrong sandwich/order but when they serve food that is not so appealing. Look for a new Jack-in-the-Box, this one is going to mess up your order and you may have to go back 3 or so times just to get the right order."

"01/27/24 Everything is usually great when I come to this Jack in the Box. It's my go-to, but today I was really disappointed and didn't even enjoy my food at home. ALL my fries were hard and stale! Like if they had been sitting there for hours. Please throw out your fries if they've been there for some time."

"12/24/2023 I verily walk in with a side bag and a sweater and they told me only me that I have to be walk out and not reside at the restaurant. That's discrimination, rude, and humiliating. I am reporting this to well known associations to investigate and to expose Jack n box promotes prejudice views on minority groups. And also sue the company. There is one good worker tall young latin dude I think his name is Ivan. Other than that all other staff are stuck up, prejudice on homeless people or those who look like the stereotype. They look at you like your a piece of garbage. Also, they mak mee these faces that are not professional. And they gossip and slander in front of you. They even make u wait long periods of time to take care of you or even to take ur order. I'm a nurse, counselor, and evaluator and let me say jack in the box are in much need of mental health awareness training, diversity culture sensitivity, ethical code of conduct and professionalism, and anti-defamation training."
