Charlie's Best Burgers 140 South Grand Avenue, Santa Ana, CA 92701

"I was in line for the dmv with my fiance and decided to try Charlie's best burger since it was across the street. Went to order and I had to repeat myself about 6 times. Went to the window and had to wait out front for 10 minutes. Food came and the wet burrito barley had any sauce on it even though they charge $3.50 extra. The burger was okay, nothing special. And the chicken strips were also alright but the ranch was gross. The main problem I have with this place is the price compared to the quality of food. The food was very average quality and probably would've gotten better food at jack in the box instead and it would've been $20 cheaper. Also the side salad that came with the burrito was just a slice of tomato and some lettuce. Definitely wouldn't call this the best burger. Should be Charlie's mid burger."

"This was my first time eating here and it was delicious!! I had the grilled chicken sandwich and loved it. I had heard of this place a long time ago so finally decided to try it. So glad I did and definitely will come again."

"Almost every visit the food is great. Except for the biscuits and gravy. Let's just say it's not my favorite on their menu. Customer service is always perfect! But they can be a bit pricey. Overall still really like this place ane I will be back soon."

"The cashiers are always polite and friendly. The cooks are very nice and accurate. I've only tried the Chilli cheese fries so far . Very good and fresh. I like that they have 2 different sizes for when you don't wanna get overstuffed."
