"Had a bad experience with the host who has a nose ring. Was quoted a 20-30 min wait even though the restaurant was virtually empty due to a number of reservations. We sat to the side and I found a reservation for 15 minutes from now. She proceeded to tell us that wasn't accurate. No apology, no nothing. Not even a smile. We left feeling appalled and walked across the way to Red Robin."

"Took my family out for a nice dinner and celebration of a newborn in the family. Only to find out we had to wait an hour and 15 minutes to be seated for a party of Three! People arriving after us sat down before us. Our waitress only checked in twice the entire time dinner was served to the time it was done. While sitting at the table couldn't help but notice the nice pictures on the wall had lots of dust not to mention the very thick layer on the nice black Western hat hanging so beautifully in the lobby area! Unfortunately not worth the $150 I just spent!"

"My niece plan a birthday dinner for her dad at Black Angus Steakhouse to celebrate his 55th birthday. Food was great! The steaks were cook just right. John our server was on it. We had so much food we had to take some home. I will be returning for dinner every time we visit my sister and her family."
