"We’ve been fans of this chain for a long time and were so excited to see the initial signage go up in our neighborhood… that was Dec 2020. And it just sat. For a minute we thought maybe they had backed out. Well it’s finally open and we stopped in as soon as we could to check it out! I wanted to order a bunch of items to check for consistency across the chain, especially in a newly opened kitchen. We were not disappointed! Fresh and delicious as we remembered and maybe even better because of the anticipation! :) The hummus and pita side is an awesome deal for just $3 (if you don’t want the whole hummus trio). Fresh, chewy, warm pita wedges make me happy. Next up, the lentil soup. Don’t let the “green” in the name scare you. It’s just a lighter version of the more pasty madras lentils you might be familiar with. Savory and delicious, it’s also vegan! The grilled artisan bread that comes with it is great! Entrees: Grilled pesto panini sandwich and the steak kabob plate. The sandwich was flavorful but the Caesar salad…. It’s so good! Light, fresh and bright. The steak was perfectly seasoned and tender and came with basmati rice and I opted for the Caesar as the other side. Our server Juan, who had experience from the Irvine location, was attentive and helpful as was the rest of the staff. We’re thrilled they’re finally open and hope others are as enthusiastic as we are! Enjoy! I’m pretty confident you’ll agree!"
