Pho 21

"First off, we came randomly because we happened to be in the area and wanted pho. Stopped by this place that opened slightly earlier than others. Their staff didn't understand when my gf ordered in Vietnamese. I'm not Viet but I noticed she had to repeat herself a few times. Then I realized it's a Korean-owned spot...not the end of the world but whatevs. A yellow flag here. We sat there waiting for our order...and waiting...and waiting. I checked with them 20 mins in and they said it's coming soon. There wasn't any attitude but they had a nonchalant dgaf vibe. Typical pho places you can expect to wait 5-10 mins max if it's busy. It's already a bad sign but what really pissed me off is that when I go check 10 mins later, my order was at the register on the counter but they didn't bother to call it out or let me know. Food was average, employees/owners are terrible. I would stay away."

"Me and my boyfriend USED TO BE regulars here. The food is okay nothing special but it’s good and the service was not bad. Food didn’t take long to come and overall service was okay. Once we were done with our meal my boyfriend paid with his card and the waitress came with the receipt for him to sign and he put $0 for tip. After she came back DEMANDING a tip!!! She was being extremely rude and very disrespectful saying we HAVE to give her a minimum tip of %15 or more !!! Ruined our date experience and we will NEVER come back here again!!!!!!!"

"I bought to go. I don’t know why the chicken pho and the beef pho have the same soup. I’m not sure because the owner is Korean or Vietnamese, but they should research the Vietnamese food before they open a Vietnamese restaurant. Moreover, the staffs who were Korean laddies very rule. They are not welcoming. I saw 5 guesses who were Cambodian ate there, and the staffs treated them like they tried to ask free food. So bad!"

"CHECK YOUR TO GO ORDER BEFORE LEAVING THE RESTAURANT!!! I had ordered this plate back in Feb 2023.. this roll was perfectly rolled.. today I had ordered the same roll!!! I’m not impressed very disappointed.. opened the box to eat & this is what I get!!!! broken. fell apart. poorly served!!!!"

"Today was my 1st visit to Pho 21, I ordered the oxtail pho, it was not to my expectations. I love oxtail, but their pho is made w/ vermicelli and had a good portion of meat but the vermicelli was really soggy, not enough soup in the bowl when I was served, and the shrimp rolls were pretty dry. This place is a bit pricey and customer service was poor."
