"Needed a last minute catering service. Service for 40 guests. Gave Santa Maria BBQ a call. Never used them before. They were great. Paul came in and got everything set up. The food was awesome. We had the brisket, chicken, and ribs with all the sides. Everyone was very happy and satisfied. Will be using again."

"Amazing BBQ! Sampled the brisket, tri tip, pulled pork, and andoille sausage. The sides we tried, potato salad (amazing) the nuclear corn, the Santa maria rice which is a cilantro, lime jasmine rice(amazing) the bbq beans also amazing. We were greeted by Rose and mentioned this was our first time and answered all of our questions about the menu. This is a hidden gem in a strip mall but well worth the drive. Mike from the kitchen even asked about our meal and check on us. We told him everything was amazing. No sauces needed, but they have many options to choose from. Definitely will be back."

"As you walk in you're greated with a friendly smile and hello. They are very patient in explaining everything about their dishes to sauces. I usually order their brisket with garlic rice and potato salad as my sides. They never disappoint! You'll always leave being full. Ohhh I almost forgot my fav. Thing!!! A giant pretzel... thats right you can order a GP and it tastes amazing!! The chefs and the staff are all very friendly and welcoming. They also have some beers on tap for all your beef to beer needs. Oh and they have seats that don't hurt your bumper so you can enjoy your food. They have these santa maria bowls... imagine delicious brisket with their signature garlic rice in a taco bowl...makes a great meal. *The later you get there the more meat will be sold out. **Ohh call in before you do your online order as they sell out of meats everyday!"

"This was the backup plan for my hubby’s birthday dinner. Small place and there were 6 of us needing a table inside since it was cold! We were able to push 3 tables together and it worked fine. Good selection of beers, both bottles and on tap. Highly recommend the brisket sandwich. The coke slaw was not your typical coke slaw. It was light and delicious, not drowning in mayonnaise! I’m hoping it was healthy! The corn was delicious as was the bacon Mac & cheese. Everyone was satisfied with their meals. Give them a try. You won’t be disappointed."
