"Service has gone down since the last time I was here. Mr. Aqui was absolutely the worst. I brought my momma here for breakfast and I was so embarrassed by the way he treated us. He ignored us the entire time we were here, and no it was not busy. We came on Thursday at around 10-12pm. He forgot to bring me water & he never apologized for it and continued to be lazy & just hang around up front. I had to get up and ask for ketchup since he also ignored my mom's raised hand. Honestly, this man needs to be spoken to because this was not okay."
"Came in tonight, I will definitely come back to this location soon! Burger was exactly what I needed/ wanted. Had the Cowboy Burger, great taste and great price. Server was pleasant, friendly and reliable. I do need to make a happy comment, I saw the price, I normally visit the Harbor Anaheim location. Your prices are actually four dollars cheaper than the Anaheim location, so I will definitely be back. Thank you for a great , fun meal."

"30.00 steak dinner was 1/4 inch thick, probably less, tasted like leather, had no extra time to replace the meat. It took forever to chew! Service was very good. Will never return, food was entirely inedible. Food rating is zero!"
