"If i could give a 0 for service I would. Understaff on a Saturday I understand but not even a greet for 39 min in a table until the guy cleaning the tables ask us what we wanted to drink. I was going to walk out with my kids but they wanted to wait. Got my coffee and didn’t get a refilled. Bad service. Definitely not coming back again."

"My husband ordered the steak. It was the most disgusting meat I’ve ever seen. As you can see here it was not well cooked and he asked medium well. This is not what he requested. We don’t like to take food back since we have heard horrible stories when people request for food to be returned or cooked more. This was from a former restaurant employee. My burrito was horrible as well. As you can see I didn’t even enjoy it. The place was pretty packed. Even the pancakes didn’t sit well. Wouldn’t come here for breakfast again."

"I paid 5.99 for ribs and fries. Fries are really good. Ribs were not too bad. It's worth the price. The salad was an extra 2.99 but lettuce was fresh and lots of dressing."

"Great late night dinner to visit after a day long day at the local amusement park. We enjoy hanging out and catching up with family in an awsome Googie architecture building. Great breakfast and steaks. Good onions ring. Stick with with what Norms knows best. Breakfast, Steaks and burgers. Reasonable price. Waitress Claudi friendly and attentitive. Hot coffee top off often and really good. Tables sort of clean. Floors okay. Large well lit parking lot. Old restroom that needs to be remodel. Or clean more often."

"We went during the pick hour. But the staff remain cool and friendly. The food was really good, specially the onion rings. We also got their stake comb and the price was reasonable and the food is good. The woman’s bathroom was very dirty."
