"I used to go often and when they din't take too long to serve me..they give me old food. That is why I stopped going."
"I came in here on my break to use the restroom and buy lunch...soon as I entered I said excuse me to the Manager Elsmeralda to ask her the code to the bathroom she looked at me and ignore after I continue to politely say excuse 4 more times...Then the young man who was taking orders in the drive thru finally felt bad and gave me the code; as soon as he gave me the code she turned to himand said something smart in Spanish. I clearly didn't look like a bum off the street but I received that treatment. After I used the bathroom I didn't even order because of the manager bad vibes. I asked her, what is your name, and when she told me I said thanks and left...if u don't like your job get a job you like."
