"I went here to get a big promotion they were having nationally and the supervisor told me that Noone told her anything about it so they must not be participating rudely. I smiled, stepped to the side and downloaded the app and chose the deal which gave me a qr code. When I went back to redeem it she turned away and another pleasant young lady served me. There was no I'm sorry or please excuse me forthcoming. Poor customer relations!!!"

"OK !! I know this is Cali ...but,, I am here by the door dining at Wendy's 3 folks walk in holding a Long haired "lap" dog past My table as the wind happens to blow ..I'm not sure who's hair ..but it blew onto My food. I spoke to the Supervisor Grace .Told her food was great until the DOG HAIRS LANDED ON MY DINNER. She was very polite and said She wasn't aware..(these folks sat by the back exit...I THREW AWAY MY FOOD and left .. Sure animals have rights BUT so does a customer who wants to enjoy a meal after work without having to cover his food from contamina to that could make them sick.. THEN after speaking to the Supervisor as I left... I observed them feeding the dog on THE TABLE !!!! WOW !!!"

"I got the fish sandwich and was definitely worth the wait. I only waited because it's not an item that is often ordered, which is a shame because it so good! You get a full slice of cheese, compared to McDonald's and their stupid half slice. The staff is very attentive, polite and make sure you don't miss any items."

"Fish sandwich was horrible, overcooked. I love the ice very soft and crunchy... I will not try the fish again. Nice fast food place very nice inside. The ice is ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ lol love the ice here the location is always clean restrooms etc.. staff is nice as well"
