Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

"I visited Popeyes today with absolutely no expectations but still left utterly disappointed due to the bad service I received. From the moment I pulled into the driveway, it was clear that the staff were disorganized and uninterested in providing quality service. The man/lady taking my order was so rude and I felt rushed. When I pulled up to the window, It seemed as though the staff were moving at a fast pace, with a high of urgency but did a whole lot of nothing. I asked politely if I can add 1 more side to my order and another man/lady told me “no” I asked why and they gave me an excuse I never heard before - they already took the next persons order.. which makes no sense because since I haven’t paid for my order it could still be modified (add or remove items) What bothered me the most and drove me to write this review is that after all that my order was still wrong and missing items. Overall the experience was bad and unpleasant. I would avoid this restaurant at all costs. It’s worth it to dive a little further for a different Popeyes."

"Generally poor service, and most items are not available anytime after 7, whenever I happen to go. However, the corporate customer service reps are really helpful and are always great about solving my order issues. Also, one time while I was waiting for my food, I saw a child just hanging out in the kitchen."

"Meal on offer during lunch hours at $7.99 but was charged at $9.99. Asked the cashier about it, was told the manager was not around and she could not do anything. After I left the counter, she complained to her colleagues that I made a fuss over $2. She even showed her temper afterwards. Very bad customer service."

"So we ordered our food at the Washington Blvd, Whittier location then arrived at the window only to wait for some time for someone to come and take our money and give us our food. Then one drink was incorrect and the mac and cheese was oily. The fries were tasted old but the fruit punch drink was good."
