"I called and ordered ahead. Was given time for when my order was ready. Walked in to the empty restaurant at the time I was given (25 mins after order was placed) and they didn’t start the order until after I paid where the cashier wouldn’t let me use my rewards discount. I had ordered a shake and the guy told me the machine didn’t work. Every time I’ve come in here I’ve only had issues with my service/ order with one person. Neeeeveer have I ever had any problems with anyone else. Trying to charge me over a dollar for a cup of water"
