"They put very big pieces of chicken meat in tacos al carbon, they should cut small pieces of it, for the tacos. Tacos are not served like tacos. They just trow the big pieces of chicken on the flat tortillas. The chicken was very dry. Service was good from the young lady at the window."
"This place is a bit dirty with overflowing trash bins inside. The day I went for a quick meal some older female employee was cursing with her coworkers. Good thing there were no children around at that time. Also a few homeless that smelled very bad while I was eating. Ruined my lunch. Go to another Pollo Loco since this restaurant is consistently the same way. Bad area."
