"Food was good at the start. Last experience was not pleasant. Walked in to order, After 30 minutes I asked about our food, and was told it would be out soon. Another 30 minutes went by, and noticed they were cleaning up and about to close. I asked again and they seemed to have either given my order to someone else or overlooked the ticket order. They didn't know, and didn't seem to bother to address it. They seemed eager to just get out. I just got my refund and no food. (Bad customer service)"

"Hello everyone, First of all, I don't enjoy writing bad reviews. I'm doing it for the purpose of helping others use their money wisely and don't feel insulted like I did after eating here with my wife. This place used to be good (about 1 year ago), but as the newer reviews are mentioning, they have started selling real bad Mediterranean food. The worst we've tried and we love Mediterranean food. 1. The rice is dry and lacks flavor. 2. The texture of the hummus tasted low quality and quite gross. 3. The meat was burned. We even had an experience where they ran out of pita bread and still charged us the same price. They didn't forewarn us that they ran out. Overall, the management and the quality of the food are very disappointing. I would kindly warn people to stay away and save your money. We drive a bit further out to eat at another Mediterranean restaurant, but it's worth it every time. My desire with this review is to inform, and hopefully, there will be change for the sake of the customer. Thank you."

"Loved it! The chicken kabob was so juicy and delicious. I usually stick to my comfort foods but decided to give Mediterranean a try and I will definitely be coming back. The desserts that one of the employees gave me was pretty good."

"Food is good, and yes it's authentic, possibly returning as well. Four stars, done. The missing star however, for: Ordered dine in, get it in bags for take out? Come on guys, this is not drive thru. Lentil soup was good, but no lemon on the side, someone forgot the authentic recipe? Staff talk louder than the TV itself, deal with your stuff quietly, right? ."
