"For the 2nd time now I have had only 1 car ahead of me and had to wait for over 30 minutes for my food. When ordering I got told they were put of kid meals and had to pay the items individually prices even though I said it was fine they had no toy or bag for my kids! After paying for my food I got told she would bring my food in a BIT! 32$ LATER MY FOOD WAS COLD AND NOT VERY GOOD!"

"Threw the food at me and closed the drive upwindow. I've been waiting for ketchup for 3 minutes while she helps people at the walk up. When she finally came to the window to help what she thought was the car behind me, she said I didn't hear you. Unfortunately, this is my local store so I'm stuck with it. I've had multiple sloppy orders where it's just thrown together or cold. I could not dislike this store more. Management needs to step in."

"The drive thru person was EXTREMELY rude. Talked to me like I was stupid. They also got upset when I asked for lite thousand island on my big Carl. They said “it’s not thousand island but sure…” then put extra on the order screen. I then corrected them it should be lite not extra, they didn’t acknowledge what I said and just changed it. My big Carl was swimming in the thousand island sauce"
