"While the service was very kind and great, food was another story. It tasted like some of it was cold, while other parts were warm throughout. It's like they didn't defrost the meat or something all the way, and also didn't heat it up enough. One bite cold, one bite warm. It should have all been warm throughout. Try harder please, other than that thumbs up."

"Order in the drive thru, immediately was ask to pull in front and wait for my order with a line of other cars after paying. Then the young girl asking people did you order whatever was in the bag, gave my order to someone else. Asked the young girl where my order was she gave it to the wrong person. Had to go inside and it's another young girl in there and said she was the supervisor for the night and they have everyone pulling to the front because of a timer. Got my food and was missing several items. Tried calling and the phone was off the hook. Taco bell will never see my money again. Everyone in the parking lot was upset after waiting 20- 30 minutes for their orders. I ordered 3 boxes & a number 6. The items in the picture is what I got."
