"If you go through the drive thru expect to speak with a robot. I was the only customer and it took a while to get my order. I was at the window for a good 5 minutes before the cashier came to the window to get my payment. My burgers were sloppy and my fries were cold."

"U have a bot running this rallys account. If you think they will do anything they won't do squat. Even if it's not a bot it's a human being a bot. This location food is usually cold except for the fries, go figure. They act like they care but they really don't. Notice any changes? Of course not they say oh if you have any complaints go visit blah blah blah. Terrible location and terrible food. Why are they eve around. I'll be making greater complaints of it even matters which I know it won't because all the same would be go visit this website and explain your concerns. I hope rallys goes out of business. This is about eh 5th time we order food and something if cold. Grown men and women can't even do there job right. Well welcome to Rally's."

"This place is nasty and ghetto!! Older Hispanic woman with very short grey hair took our order. She seemed like she was in a rush because she kept yelling and the tone in her voice was like HURRY UP! When we got to the window we could hear her cussing in Spanish while talking to staff that were just standing around. The food was horrible! All of the French fries tasted burnt as if they were cooked in old burnt oil and all 3 of our burgers had cold buns. Please educate your staff about being more professional. People work so hard for their money and it’s sad that we spend our hard earned money on places like this that don’t care about the service."

"This place looks like it’s falling down. Look at the rotten wood. Look at the dirty trashcan. I didn’t want to take more pictures but I wouldn’t buy any food from here. If it looks like this from the outside who knows how the inside looks like. Wow Rally’s letting this place fall down. What happened if a piece of wood Falls on someone ?"
