"Very unhappy with the customer service I was having car trouble so I did a mobile order I was going to pick up my food I realized that lobby was locked so I walked through the drive-thru the female worker came up to the window and said we are not going to be able to serve you because you're not in a car and then walked off so therefore my mobile order just set on the other side I wasn't able to pick it up I do plan to call the corporate office I'm very upset"
