I was greeted within seconds of walking in to this establishment I also received my order in a timely manner and my food was fresh and hot. "I will say the Customer service extremely poor here, I went to the drive through and the black short lady kept me on hold for 7 minutes and when she answered she asked me are you ready to order it not, I felt so embarrassed and I had to go inside to get order upon getting there the short black lady did not even act like she recognized someone was in her front she just walked away after attending to a customer in my front and never said a word to me at this moment I knew I was in the wrong place. I had to turn back and walked away. I never ordered and she wasted my 30 minute break. I had to go back to work very hungry"

"Would love to give this place no star! The guy who's at the window and takes your order, is thee most rude and a total thug!!!! I was here today, and when I heard his voice on the other end, almost drove away. I was here 3 months ago, he got my order totally wrong and was very rude when I asked him to fix it. But we all have bad days so today I figured give him another chance. The guy is a thug and rude. Throws your change at you, won't give you a receipt. You have to ask several times for one, then he yells at you about it, when you ask for one and rudley, ignores you about it. when you ask for a manager, he puts his head out the window and says, yeah, I'm the manager, so what. When you ask for another one, he will be rude to you, the same guy, and yells at you. And he does this all in front of the other employees, who I'm assuming are just like him. We'll never go back to this place, and this very ignorant, rude thugs name is Fernando!"
