"I remember finding a rec on this place as a locals spot. Gosh, it’s packed and it’s delivering great vibes! Loved the service and the vibes, felts the sauce could have a bit more taste. The pasta was delicious!"
"This place is so cute! I loved the atmosphere, decorations, and friendliness of the staff. We had no trouble finding parking or getting seated. Our food came out quick and was delicious. The star of the show was definitely the shrimp. I’d recommend the milanesa as well."
"Very cozy cutely decorated intimate date or friend spot. No reservations, just walk in. We had no trouble at 6pm. We parked on the street in the neighborhoods bc their dedicated lot is a bit tight. I love that this restaurant brings fancier Italian to an area that traditionally doesn’t have many of those kinda options. Reasonably priced. Wine selection is decent, prefer they serve the wine in wine glasses or at least stemless wine glasses (felt cheap in the water cups). Loved the mozzarella sticks, should go on the permanent menu. Caesar salad is good, needs shaved parm on top. Bread pudding, delicious. The Hawaiian bread does the job but a homemade brioche or muffin there would definitely elevate it. Felt Sandra Lee semi-homemade. As for the spaghetti and meatballs, well cooked, but visually would improve with the addition of a third meatball, fresh herbs, and some spice in the red sauce. Love that they have shrimp as an add-on. The pastas tasted fresh and had good al dente bite. Would recommend the Al Limone pasta. Would be back to try their other menu items when I’m back in the area. Probably the short rib ragú."
"This place was recommended by a friend because we were going to a concert at the Forum and it was pretty close to the venue. I called for a reservation the day before and left a message but I never got a response back.... this spot is a very small Italian restaurant with only about 10 tables. we were told it would be about 20 minutes but we waited about 45 minutes for a table. The parking lot holds 7 cars or so and you have to back up to get out because there is only one entrance/exit and it is one car wide. By the time we sat down we figured this would be the last time we would come here but the food surprised us. I got the chicken parm sandwhich and my wife had spaghetti and Meatballs. we shared a strawberry and burrata salad and it was all very good. many people came through for pickup orders while we waited and clearly it is very popular. if you are in the neighborhood, I suggest you try it but the wait and parking issue may make you want to find another spot if you don't want to deal with that."
"LOVE. THIS. SPOT. Would be an excellent date spot with delicious food, reasonable pricing, and a small intimate setting. The vodka pasta is my favorite. Their bread pudding dessert is delicious! Kind staff and small parking area right by the restaurant along with street parking nearby."
