"Not only we waited 20 minutes being the only customers in drive-through, because of some technical issues with soda machine, they refused to give us already cookes hamburgers, that were already cooked and getting cold (we didn’t care for drinks anymore). The staff was extremely rude. The service improved dramatically at this locatin, so I am changing my 1 star review to 4 stars."
"Every time I come to this location, I have issues. I don't think I'll ever be coming back here. I had placed a large mobile order for delivery that was never delivered. I was told by an employee they had no responsibility and to contact Ubereats who also said there was nothing they could do about my stolen food. Apparently nobody can track the Uber order ID. I tried the next day to pick up a new mobile order and they still left items out of my order and never answered the multiple calls I made. Still waiting for the refunds but I expect that will just be a matter of time."
