Fatburger

"The worker did not like how someone in my group got soda with a water cup and looked at all of us and said “I’ll fix it up” and smiled oddly when he was aware that we were all together. I don’t feel comfortable eating from here and they refused my refund and told me “sit down somewhere and chill”"

"I had the turkey burger and it was pretty good. It would have been better if it wasn't for the wheat bun. My wife and daughter had the beef burger and they both said it was super delicious."

"I love the burger and passing by. One person operation and no music, which is a sign to go somewhere else. But stubborn me. Ordered burger and shake as to go. Waited 23min, patty is burnt and shake sought frozen. I won't blame the lady since she did everything she could. I do hope the management team sees this. Least add one more person during lunch so someone could use a break."

"Pleasant staff but the atmosphere was depressing. A few patrons waited for their orders but there was no background music which was strange but I digress. I ordered a chocolate shake & to my surprise & dismay, it was thin & watery. I used to frequent this location from 2003-2008 & never had a problem with quality. In fact, the only thing I've EVER ordered at any Fatburger is the chocolate shake because it was always so thick, rich & creamy & made with real ice cream & whipped cream...not the typical gummy gunk that's offered at other chains. Well, fast forward to August 2023 & the shakes are all one size. Fine. But for $8, I expected to enjoy it & it was horrible. *I informed Fatburger about this via it's official Web site (& attached an image of my receipt) weeks ago but haven't received a response."

"I was sent to try Fatburger by a few friends… When we arrived on a Wednesday night, it was a ghost town so I was nervous. I got a classic burger and she got a King burger. We shared a bag of fries… This was probably one of the BEST burgers I’ve had. Juicy, perfect ratio of toppings and fresh! The one employee took our order and prepared the food!"
