"I felt as if the sales staff were most interested in adding services rather than simply performing the simple tire rotation I came in for. I guess there job is to upsell services. I had an appointment with them and I waited for my vehicle and it took close to 2 hours from the time the vehicle was pulled into the shop for a simple tire rotation and balance. I was told it would take about 1 hour when I originally made the appointment. Overall the experience was okay, but not sure if I will go to them in the future."
"I had my car serviced at the Firestone in Lincoln, CA and was very pleased with the attention and service I received. When I picked up my car, James went over all the work that was done and walked me to the car to make sure my power driving wheel fluid light was not on. I called several other places to get my oil changed and check the steering wheel fluid and they had the best price and are conveniently located near me. They also told me what the dealer would recommend for service according to my mileage and advised me if I needed to have that done. I would highly recommend them."
"James was great. He has a sense of humor that I appreciate. My only complaint was the wait. I feel when you have an appointment, that should be when your car is taken in. I understand slight delays but other than the wait I was completely satisfied with my experience."
