"I went to the El Pollo Loco location on Saviers Road, Oxnard and I bought their 8 piece family meal to go.When I got home I was shocked and dismayed to see all 8 pieces of chicken was burnt and too dry to eat. The meal was supposed to have 4 legs and 4 thighs but I got 5 legs and 3 thighs. I was extremely disappointed in the quality of the meal I received at this El Pollo location"

"All I can say is they must have done it on purpose. There's no other excuse. I can assure this chicken was headed for the trash when lucky me pulled up to the drive thru. Not to mention I not only asked for salsa, but reminded the guy of the last time I was there, I asked and they forgot, he said I'll get it now so I don't forget, and when I got the bag I checked for the salsa and it wasn't there, fact is I should have been look at the quality of the chicken. The chicken was at least yesterday's if not last week's. Way to go guys, you just chased off another weekly customer."

"I love El Pollo Loco. The chicken is tasty and not fatty at all. I usually get rice and black beans for the sides and I love them. There are two things I have to complain about though: 1. Their avocado sauce was too watery and not as good as it has been before 2. I had to repeat the sides to the cashier a few times because I was not been understood, don’t know how you get broccoli from black beans Experience was good though and food was great.
