"everything was fine until our waiter took 30 minutes to 1 hour to serve us, a whole bigger group of people came in and got served first full meals. Drinks were watered down to much ice and small cups. Waitress forgot my order multiple times, Food was alright. Norms is usually good but this place ruined it."
"This place is a family treasure..i started eating here when I was 13 or 14 years old..I am now 42yrs young I now bring family here. Such a great feeling to be able to pass down such a great location to my children and hopefully they can bring their futures with them. Great place to eat!!! It's 2024 and we still coming here just a national treasure"
"Usually, this is my place to go after I leave the gym. As of today, I am not coming here anymore. I showed up at 4:47am. and served my food around 5:00 a.m., which is not too bad. The waitress did not check up on me for an hour. I had to get up and go to the check. The lady ignored me. I looked at her, and she looked the other way. I even fell asleep and was snoring and ignored. This was my place to go a because of that horrible server I am done with this place."
"I used Norms catering for a birthday party. The food was good and it was plenty for 8-10 teens. The delivery wasn't ready/started when I arrived to pick it up and it took 20 mins, but we made it work."
"If only the owner knew the worker would not be there any longer I got my own silverware, napkins, tabasco sauce ketchup menu. I never got my drink till after the food arrived. Never asked if I wanted to refill. I mentioned the pancakes were so cold that it wouldn't melt the butter. I have to hunt the waitress down just to take our order. I will never be back to that location."
