"This location continuously messes up on the chicken tortilla roll. We always have to ask this location’s only that they don’t put cilantro and onions inside the roll? They agree they will not do it when we place our order at the drive thru window. But this location only the order continues to be wrong. It is the only location we know of that even makes the tortilla roll like this in the first place? This is the fourth time today they messed up on the tortilla roll. We asked them to remove those two items clearly today again and they said they would but just like the last 3 times it was wrong again! Today we’re done with El Pollo Loco officially."

"The chicken is anorexic the thighs are not thighs at all it's the back of the anorexic chicken there dry and hard like a teenager next to a hot teacher , way too expensive for the horrible chicken we couldn't choke down they even charge you for plastic forks and napkins, I will never eat at another el pollo caca ever again"

"I love El Pollo Loco. They are inexpensive and make good chicken. I usually order their 3 piece meal with rice and beans as my sides. I also love their avocado sauce it is one of the best. Staff have been friendly and accommodating when I ask for extra sauce. They use to sell cheesecake chimichangas that were the best! Too bad they do not sell them anymore."
